About the role
- Assist with Epic Configuration and customization of Epic applications
- Observe and document clinical and administrative workflows
- Participate in testing new builds, upgrades, and patches
- Help troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems
- Assist in creating user guides and training materials
- Maintain detailed records of system changes and workflows
- Work closely with experienced analysts and clinical teams
- Engage in training and development activities
Requirements
- Must have completed an OCHIN workforce training program or similar experience
- Epic proficiency in Clinical Applications must be obtained within 60-days of employment
- Interest in data analysis, problem solving, and continuous learning
- Basic understanding of healthcare operations and EHR systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools and systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
