About the role
- Become an expert of multimodal data and deliver insights to customers using advanced analytical skills.
- Support end-to-end dashboard development in Amazon QuickSight, translating stakeholder needs into customer-facing software.
- Use SQL and Excel for data analysis and report generation.
- Maintain, enhance, and create data analysis and visualization tools to empower customers with meaningful insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product development with their needs.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to real world data products.
- Help define best practices and stay updated with advancements in analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on analytics and development of visualization tools.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL and Excel and data warehouses such as Redshift, BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Demonstrated experience shipping customer-facing dashboards (QuickSight or similar), including requirements gathering and iteration based on user feedback.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
