About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Communicate with Shipping, Sample Accessioning, Customer Support, and lab teams.
- Assist with data collection for internal projects and abstracts.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Coordinate student rotation schedules.
- Review incoming referrals and request additional documentation/clarification.
- Track sample collection kits and answer patient questions.
- Update internal databases regarding test development progress.
- Collect transfer and pregnancy outcome data.
- Assist genetic counselors with questions from clinics and support.
- Coordinate record release requests from patients.
- Maintain training on Natera requirements and pass a criminal background check.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma (required).
- BA/BS in biology, allied health, or science related field (strongly preferred).
- Consideration for candidates pursuing a four-year bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years professional work experience in biotech, life sciences, or related industry.
