About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with the team's day-to-day operations and ensuring excellence in patient care coordination, phlebotomy services, and administrative operations.
  • Support daily team management, operational efficiency, and compliance.
  • Support seamless collaboration between field teams, patients, and operational departments.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on patient coordination activities, specimen documentation, and communication logs.
  • Provide daily support to the Phlebotomy Solutions team.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of phlebotomists across designated locations.
  • Ensure all team members maintain compliance with specimen handling protocols and EMR documentation.
  • Proactively mitigate issues that could impact operational performance.
  • Oversee supply chain needs, including ordering and tracking supplies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience is a must.
  • A supervisory or team-lead role within a clinical or laboratory operations setting is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: Phlebotomy Certificate required as per state regulations.
