About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor, identify, and communicate financial expense performance to business partners
Review and approve expense requisitions; highlighting items which are outside of budget parameters
Develop departmental financial and project expense benchmarks and reporting
Create ad-hoc analyses and business forecasts
Support accounting close process and audit reporting
Design and implement scalable processes and procedures to report key business metrics
Identify and drive implementation of cost reduction and process improvement projects
Work with all functional groups to meet financial and corporate goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, related degree, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience
Excel skills experience is a necessity (pivot tables, VBA macros and Lookup functions)
Strong financial systems and business application skills including database applications (Qlikview)
Working knowledge of GAAP.
