Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of progressive experience in software product engineering or technology leadership
Significant background in Clinical Genomics, Diagnostics, or Rare Disease
Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-product portfolios and managing senior leaders
Deep understanding of software infrastructure (LIMS, Portals, EMR) for high-volume genetic testing
Proven track record of managing high-stakes partnerships between business units and centralized engineering
