About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, develop, and manage a regional team of MSLs, with clear accountability for performance and results.
Provide consistent coaching through regular 1:1s, field co-travel, and structured performance feedback.
Own onboarding, training, and ongoing development of MSL team members.
Ensure consistent, high-quality scientific engagement across the region aligned to Medical Affairs priorities.
Maintain strong visibility into regional activities, key accounts, and KOL engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
4–8+ years of Medical Affairs or MSL experience.
Prior experience managing or leading teams strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success operating in a field-based, cross-functional environment.
Must reside within assigned region.
