About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the data and omnichannel orchestration roadmap for the Oncology business to optimize stakeholder engagement.
Own the Oncology data ecosystem, integrating claims data and market intelligence into high-impact commercial workflows.
Build and refine AI-enabled frameworks that provide real-time recommendations and "next-best-engagement" insights for field teams.
Partner with Sales Ops, Technology, and Marketing Analytics to standardize reporting, business rules, and KPI definitions.
Establish rigorous operating models for data usage and measurement frameworks to ensure accountability and transparency.
Act as a primary advisor to senior leadership, providing the performance trends and resource allocation models required to win in the Oncology market.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10+ years in commercial operations, analytics, or enablement within life sciences or diagnostics (Oncology experience preferred).
Demonstrated success managing large-scale data ecosystems, including claims data, vendor feeds, and CRM integration.
Experience designing AI-enabled workflows or decision-support models that solve real-world commercial friction.
Ability to influence in a highly matrixed environment and translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
