About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and support the setup, execution, and operational readiness of new Patient Service Centers (PSCs)
- Drive the full lifecycle of PSC expansion from site sourcing to operational go-live
- Support development and tracking of budgets for new PSC openings
- Partner with Finance/Accounting to monitor spend against budget
- Review and process invoices related to PSC expenses
- Identify and evaluate potential locations for new PSCs
- Coordinate submission and negotiation of lease terms with property owners
- Obtain and maintain all required PSC documentation
- Lead end-to-end project management for PSC openings
- Deliver systems training to new PSC managers
- Establish operational readiness and documentation protocols for audits
- Work closely with management teams, sales, facilities, IT, and clinical teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or facility expansion
- Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, or financial coordination in an operations environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with tight timelines
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google suite of products and project management tools
- Experience with EMR systems and healthcare operational workflows preferred
- Will require 30% travel
