About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and support the setup, execution, and operational readiness of new Patient Service Centers (PSCs)
  • Drive the full lifecycle of PSC expansion from site sourcing to operational go-live
  • Support development and tracking of budgets for new PSC openings
  • Partner with Finance/Accounting to monitor spend against budget
  • Review and process invoices related to PSC expenses
  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for new PSCs
  • Coordinate submission and negotiation of lease terms with property owners
  • Obtain and maintain all required PSC documentation
  • Lead end-to-end project management for PSC openings
  • Deliver systems training to new PSC managers
  • Establish operational readiness and documentation protocols for audits
  • Work closely with management teams, sales, facilities, IT, and clinical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or facility expansion
  • Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, or financial coordination in an operations environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with tight timelines
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google suite of products and project management tools
  • Experience with EMR systems and healthcare operational workflows preferred
  • Will require 30% travel
