About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and support the setup, execution, and operational readiness of new Patient Service Centers (PSCs)
Drive the full lifecycle of PSC expansion from site sourcing to operational go-live
Support development and tracking of budgets for new PSC openings
Partner with Finance/Accounting to monitor spend against budget
Review and process invoices related to PSC expenses
Identify and evaluate potential locations for new PSCs
Coordinate submission and negotiation of lease terms with property owners
Obtain and maintain all required PSC documentation
Lead end-to-end project management for PSC openings
Deliver systems training to new PSC managers
Establish operational readiness and documentation protocols for audits
Work closely with management teams, sales, facilities, IT, and clinical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, project management, or facility expansion
Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, or financial coordination in an operations environment
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with tight timelines
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Google suite of products and project management tools
Experience with EMR systems and healthcare operational workflows preferred
Will require 30% travel
