About the role
- Drive design and execution of verification and validation studies, contributing to oncology product development projects.
- Perform relevant statistical analyses for studies of varying complexity.
- Produce high quality presentations and documentation of analysis plans, methods, results, and interpretation.
- Effectively convey statistical concepts and results to cross-functional collaborators and stakeholders.
- Contribute to identification of study risks, communicate concerns, and present potential solutions to the team.
Requirements
- Master’s in biostatistics, statistics, or equivalent with concurrent relevant experience.
- Practical experience with statistical and data analysis software such as R (preferred).
- Working knowledge of statistical methods including the ability to produce novel methods based on first principles understanding.
- Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to communicate in cross-functional teams with members of diverse technical backgrounds.
- Ability to produce high quality written documentation for varying audiences.
- Prior experience with NGS, genetics, and/or oncology diagnostics is a plus.
