About the role
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, data pipelines, and dashboards to support PX reporting needs.
- Partner with senior BIEs to build patient journey visualization tools, ensuring touchpoints across billing, support, and communications are captured.
- Perform data quality checks and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI solutions into BI workflows.
- Support A/B test measurement and reporting by maintaining data extracts and dashboards.
- Contribute to documentation, governance, and standardization of PX reporting processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or related roles.
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Quicksight, Power BI, etc.).
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, able to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and analysis.
