About the role

  • Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of GHG emissions data (Scopes 1, 2, and 3).
  • Maintain and enhance GHG inventory processes.
  • Support enterprise-wide sustainability reporting and disclosures.
  • Identify, develop, and execute decarbonization initiatives.
  • Build business cases to secure support for emissions reduction projects.
  • Apply project management practices for cross-functional climate initiatives.
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and trends in climate disclosures.
  • Partner with Senior Director of Lab Operations to develop sustainability strategies.
  • Develop presentations for executive leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Support stakeholder engagement for ESG discussions.
  • Partner with teams to drive sustainability and CSR projects.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet sustainability milestones.
  • Manage the company’s charitable giving and donation matching program.
  • Support integration of sustainability and CSR goals across departments.
  • Enhance sustainability data collection for accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Contribute to annual reporting and ESG ratings responses.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to improve sustainability performance.

  • Support and enhance sustainability data collection systems.
  • Contribute to annual reporting and ESG ratings disclosures.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights.
