About the role
- Reviews test reports for accuracy of patient information and test information
- Communicates electronically with Customer Care Specialists and Clinical Laboratory Scientists
- Sends end of day reports
- Assists with resolving issues and escalations
Requirements
- BS/BA degree (preferred)
- High School diploma required
- Previous computer experience is required.
- Previous data entry experience is preferred.
