About the role

  • - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers during the full software development lifecycle and promote best practices in design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • - Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with company goals.
  • - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • - Promote innovative thinking, creativity, and problem-solving to address complex technical challenges.
  • - Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a world-class engineering team.

Requirements

  • - Proven experience leading small, lean engineering teams that delivered complex projects successfully.
  • - Strong knowledge of backend technologies like C# or Java and frontend technologies like MAUI or Blazor
  • - Track record of delivering end-to-end software systems across backend and frontend layers
  • - Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), microservices architectures, and modern development tooling such as Git, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines
  • - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • - Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • - Experience with financial or banking solutions is considered a strong plus.
