About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design & Build Solutions - Configure, customise, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies, with a particular focus on scenarios that move the customer from experimentation to systematic adoption (e.g. AI assistants, digital agents, workflow automation).
  • Test, Iterate, and Scale - Conduct solution testing, gather user feedback, and perform iterative enhancements which improve solution functionality, user experience, and drive value realisation. Enable customers and internal teams to extend, maintain, and scale delivered solutions.
  • Engage Stakeholders Across the Business - Build relationships across customer organisations — from senior leadership to technical teams — and ensure alignment throughout the engagement.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer - Produce clear documentation and provide handover, trainings, and adoption activities to customers or support teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies - Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dataverse. Familiar with pro-code platform services such as Azure AI/Foundry, Microsoft Fabric.
  • Hands-on experience building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Ability to design and implement conversational AI, digital agents, and workflow automation using no code/low code tools.
  • Experience helping organisations move from AI experimentation to systematic adoption.
  • Agile delivery experience, including working in sprints, backlog management, and demoing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audience.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Growth mindset, curiosity, and ability to quickly learn new services.
