Sales Account Manager – Creative & Media Services

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
- Present the company's services and create tailored proposals and presentations.
- Collaborate with the production team to prepare quotations, timelines, and project scopes.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track all opportunities using CRM tools.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a similar role (fresh graduates with exceptional sales potential are encouraged to apply).
- Previous experience in advertising agencies, media production, digital marketing, or creative industries is a **strong plus.**
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A sales mindset with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Good understanding of marketing, branding, and content production is a **Huge Plus.**
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Fast learner with a high willingness to grow and continuously develop.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
