About the role

  • Build and maintain a strong client network across the Kingdom and GCC.
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Understand client needs and align them with financial and accounting services.
  • Generate interest, qualify leads, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations.
  • Accurately document all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly activity, acquisition, and retention KPIs.
  • Handle objections professionally and build trust with clients.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain an active and updated sales pipeline.
  • Prepare and track sales progress and client communication logs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales.
  • Proven success in sales, lead generation, and qualification.
  • Familiarity with the KSA market is a Must.
  • Experience using CRM systems (preferably Zoho).
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, including outreach, qualification, presentation, and closing.
  • Strong objection-handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting services is a plus.
  • Syrian, Sudanese, and Palestinian nationality is preferred.
