About the role
- Identify, develop, and pursue new B2B business opportunities for HR services including recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR consulting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales and business development cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Conduct consultative client meetings to understand organizational needs and propose customized HR solutions.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular follow-ups, performance reviews, and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new trends, gaps, and growth opportunities in HR services.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Represent the company at business events, networking activities, and HR industry exhibitions.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Previous experience working in a startup environment is required.
- Experience with HR or Recruitment Agencies is a strong plus.
- Background in HR, Medical Insurance, Business Services, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and provide strategic, tailored solutions.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
