About the role

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new B2B business opportunities for HR services including recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR consulting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, business leaders, and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales and business development cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Conduct consultative client meetings to understand organizational needs and propose customized HR solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships through regular follow-ups, performance reviews, and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new trends, gaps, and growth opportunities in HR services.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
  • Represent the company at business events, networking activities, and HR industry exhibitions.
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business development KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • +2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
  • Previous experience working in a startup environment is required.
  • Experience with HR or Recruitment Agencies is a strong plus.
  • Background in HR, Medical Insurance, Business Services, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to understand client needs and provide strategic, tailored solutions.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills.
