About the role
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Suggest improvements to optimize processes and results.
- Monitor KPIs and report on business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
- Experience in a marketing/advertising agency (must)
- Strong sales & negotiation skills
- Ambitious, target-driven mindset
- Preferably not mandatory graduates from AUC, GUC, BUE, or international universities (preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
