About the role

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Act as a point of contact for inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Suggest improvements to optimize processes and results.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles.
  • Experience in a marketing/advertising agency (must)
  • Strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Ambitious, target-driven mindset
  • Preferably not mandatory graduates from AUC, GUC, BUE, or international universities (preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
