About the role
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Design high-fidelity mockups, layouts, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Maintain and contribute to the company’s design system and component libraries.
- Apply UX best practices to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging UX/UI practices to improve product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Multimedia, or related field**.
- **2–4 years** of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in digital products or SaaS applications.
- A **strong design portfolio** showcasing UX research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI work.
- Experience with **motion design** or micro-interactions (After Effects, Principle).
- Understanding of **Design Thinking methodologies**.
- Knowledge of **WCAG accessibility standards**.
- Prior experience in **fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS** products.
