About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and collaborate with business partners to manage and execute events
  • Provide tactical support for day-to-day workflow, project management, and technologies for event operations
  • Manage client event space reservations and bell requests via the Event Management System
  • Develop weekly reports on bells and events
  • Coordinate weekly assigned bell hosts
  • Manage team’s project management boards
  • Track budget, billing, inventory, expenses, and cost considerations
  • Implement technology changes for efficiency
  • Greet all bell ceremony and VIP guests upon arrival
  • Plan and execute meeting requests in the event space
  • Support Event Planners and Event Producers in executing ceremonies
  • Act as a liaison with departments for information sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in communications, marketing, or hospitality
  • 1 - 2 years experience in operations, events, marketing, account management, business planning or similar field
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience working with marketing and budget management systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail
  • Self-starter with exceptional operational and project and time management skills
  • Must be skilled in: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Helpful Experience: Salesforce, Monday.com
