About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for driving adoption of Nasdaq Verafin’s Agentic AI workforce capabilities across development and product management teams
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap that translates business goals and user needs into scalable, safe, and high-impact agentic AI solutions
  • Balance innovation with regulatory requirements, risk tolerance, and customer trust
  • Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, data science) to align product capabilities with market needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least some exposure to AI-driven products
  • Strong understanding of modern AI concepts, including LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and model limitations
  • A proven track record of successfully bringing data products to market and driving adoption
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with business objectives
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value
  • Nice to Have: Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMP)
  • Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures
