• Lead and prioritize sales, retention, and marketing initiatives for Nasdaq-100 Index® Options (NDX & XND), targeting new and existing clients
• Guide short- and long-term sales plans, foster relationships, and identify new business opportunities through direct client engagement and industry events
• Partner with senior management, brokerage firms, and strategic leaders to align client needs with product strategies and support sustained growth
• Coordinate product implementation, communication, and integration into brokerage offerings, while expanding awareness among institutional and retail firms
• Attend and participate in conferences, panels, and industry events to deepen market presence and strengthen partnerships
