About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a project-based initiative to build a complete and accurate job library for the organization
  • Partner with HR team members and business leaders to review, draft, and update job descriptions across multiple functional areas
  • Ensure job descriptions are consistent with organizational job architecture
  • Assist in evaluating job levels, scope, and competencies to support alignment with career paths and talent practices
  • Apply best practices for job description structure, language, and compliance considerations
  • Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of a centralized job description repository
  • Track project progress, maintain documentation, support change-management efforts, and deliver regular status updates and final results
  • Develop or update process documentation, templates, and user guides related to job description management
  • Support HR with ad hoc initiatives related to talent management, job architecture, or process improvement as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate information into clear, concise job descriptions
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint or similar document management tools is a plus
  • Proficient in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
  • Proficient in Ai tools and Ai prompting
  • Familiarity with HR systems, job libraries, or content management tools
  • Interest in HR strategy, job design, and workforce planning
  • Prior HR internship or project experience (corporate or consulting)
