Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience as a Product Owner for B2B software products;
Experience with enterprise systems, ERPs, or complex platforms;
Practical knowledge of applied Artificial Intelligence, including agents and automation flows;
Ability to design experiences, screens, and user journeys;
Experience in user research and requirements gathering;
Integrated view across business, technology, and user experience;
Basic programming knowledge to interact with development environments and AI tools;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse audiences.
Preferred qualifications
Experience building functional prototypes;
Experience in innovation environments or product labs;
Knowledge of how administrative areas and internal company processes work;
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
