About the role

  • Create and adapt graphic assets for different channels and formats (campaigns, institutional materials, social media, presentations, etc.).
  • Participate in the full process: problem definition → proposal → execution, helping turn requests into well-defined tasks.
  • Lead briefings (with support when needed): ask the right questions, align context, objectives, audience, and deadlines.
  • Explore generative AI to accelerate visual creation (ensuring quality, coherence, and intent).
  • Support the creation of short videos (simple motion/quick editing) for digital content.
  • Work with organized remote routines: deadlines, prioritization, and autonomous deliveries.

Requirements

  • Practical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency with Canva for fast creation/adaptation of assets.
  • Experience with generative AI for images (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo AI, or similar) and strong prompting skills.
  • Basic audiovisual knowledge to support short-video content (simple editing/basic motion).
  • Organization and self-management (remote environment with asynchronous communication).
  • Clear communication and a proactive attitude (this is not a "just execute" role; we want someone who asks questions, proposes ideas, and shares opinions).
  • Openness to feedback and a genuine desire to learn.
  • Portfolio required (link). If possible, also include examples of process (before/after, drafts, briefings, alternatives).
