About the role

  • Ensure coherence, clarity, and quality of the user experiences for Nasajon products.
  • Serve as a bridge between development, product, commercial, and marketing teams, translating strategies into design deliverables.
  • Structure processes, define standards, and organize the production of interfaces, flows, and educational materials (e.g., product sheets, troubleshooting guides, corporate presentations).
  • Transform complex information into clear, consistent, and well-documented deliverables, aligning teams and ensuring design is integrated into the product strategy.
  • Prioritize requests and coordinate multiple fronts/stakeholders with a focus on value and impact.

Requirements

  • Systemic thinking to connect modules, processes, and stakeholders.
  • Strong command of design and UX/UI methodologies with product design best practices.
  • Expertise in creating Design Systems.
  • Coordination/leadership of design processes and teams, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Experience in benchmarking (comparison, inspiration, and pricing).
  • Product documentation (flows, educational materials) and experience with PRDs and GTMs.
  • Prioritization skills focused on value/impact and ability to manage multiple requests.
  • Strong communication (with technical and non-technical teams) and a didactic approach.
  • Familiarity with AI in the workflow to accelerate processes and structure knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a lean team with collaboration, autonomy, asynchronous communication, and openness to feedback.
