Mastery of FP&A & Modeling: Proven ability to build complex, 3-statement models and long-range plans from scratch.
M&A Track Record: Direct experience in the full M&A lifecycle, specifically in benchmarking targets and conducting financial due diligence.
AI & Tech Forward: A track record of leveraging AI and automation to overhaul budgeting processes and streamline the monthly close.
The "Player/Coach" DNA: A self-starter who thrives in agile environments and prefers scaling through technology and process over large headcounts.
Strategic Partner: Exceptional communication skills with experience producing Board-level narratives and partnering with Executive stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
