Partner closely with marketing leadership, product, and revenue teams to define and drive comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned to company objectives.
Oversee go-to-market planning and execution for major product launches, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all customer and prospect touch points.
Refine and elevate product messaging and positioning, clearly articulating Narmi’s differentiation in a competitive landscape.
Develop and standardize sales enablement strategies, content, and tools that improve win rates and accelerate sales cycles.
Conduct and create market, customer, and competitive research to inform product direction and positioning.
Define, track, and report on KPIs that measure the impact and effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing; fintech experience preferred
People management experience is a strong plus, but not required
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
Strong understanding of banking and financial technology trends
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
