Key responsibilities & impact

Experience in user support + sysadmin basics, IAM/SSO, MDM, ticketing, security.
Windows & Mac support; Linux a plus.
Strong ability to troubleshoot.
Organized and detail oriented.
Discreet with sensitive data.
Self-starter; fast learner.
Nice to Have ITSM/ITAM, IAM/MDM, endpoint, DMS.
Scripting/automation.
Technical writing.
Vendor/stakeholder management.
