About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Report to the Chief Legal Officer & Head of Financial Investigations
- Drive expansion of the Financial Investigations and Forensic Accounting practice
- Develop and execute a business development plan
- Actively grow client base by generating new business
- Direct overall case management process from proposal to report production
- Participate in training and development of junior practice professionals
- Shape the firm’s overall strategy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Licensed Certified Public Accountant
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in an international forensic financial professional services practice
- A proven track record of developing a book of business
- Deep experience in conducting complex, confidential forensic accounting and regulatory compliance engagements
- Experience in preparing and delivering expert analysis and testimony
- Willingness and ability to support a range of engagement types in a hands-on capacity
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of attention to detail and work product quality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to motivate high performing teams
- Skills in business valuation, internal controls assessment, and forensic data analysis are a plus
- Sector experience in financial services, health care & life sciences a plus
