About the role
- You will be responsible for the early stage of the sales process.
- The objective is the structured qualification of leads and the development of a reliable pipeline with high-quality deals.
- Conduct discovery conversations with decision-makers to capture operational problems and priorities.
- Targeted outreach to IT system providers and companies posting IT support roles via phone and LinkedIn.
- CRM maintenance (HubSpot): document all activities, discovery results, and decision criteria.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT services, or other technology-focused environments.
- Experience with structured questioning techniques (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC) for needs and decision analysis.
- Confident user of HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
- Persistence in the sales process, analytical mindset, and emotional intelligence when handling objections.
- German native speaker; English business-fluent.
