About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, manage, update, and maintain Knowledge Management (KM) systems
- Assist the Government by advising them how best to utilize KM tools
- Enhance information sharing of analysis, assessments, legislative materials, policies, strategies, budget materials, IT information, and other relevant documents
- Train system users, which may include IC partners
- Integrate information with other databases, as required
- Utilize automated tools and visualizations to facilitate users access and ability to analyze information holdings
- Create and maintain virtual communities of interest
- Develop simulations and exercises to test database readiness and communication channels
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve exchanges of information across systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of BA/BS and 18 years of relevant experience or 10 years with a Masters degree and no degree and 24 years of relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance for consideration
- Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management processes and methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of quality control/testing
- Excellent process-oriented organizational skills
- Demonstrated open communication and effective collaboration
