About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, manage, update, and maintain Knowledge Management (KM) systems
- Advise on the best utilization of KM tools
- Enhance information sharing of analysis, assessments, and relevant documents
- Train system users, including IC partners
- Integrate information with other databases
- Utilize automated tools and visualizations for data access
- Create and maintain virtual communities of interest
- Develop simulations and exercises for testing
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve information exchanges
- Maintain a customer-wide repository for instructions and policy documents
- Build data repositories for various mission needs with visualizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of BA/BS and 3+ years of relevant experience or no degree and 9+ years of relevant experience
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
- Demonstrated experience with Knowledge Management processes and methodologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of quality control/testing
- Excellent process-oriented organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Required Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Content Management Systems: Joomla, WordPress, SharePoint
