Oversee the full accounting cycle and general ledger across all clinics, ensuring accurate and timely monthly closes and financial integrity.
Close financials within 10 days of the month end and provide comprehensive financial reporting, including consolidated financial statements and site-by-site reporting.
Create accurate budgets at the site and department level and maintain cost discipline across the organization.
Maintain a long-term and 13-week operational model (including cash flow forecast)
Oversee accounts payable, vendor relationships, and net working capital to ensure healthy cash flow.
Provide actionable insights to the Vice President of Finance and senior leadership to support business strategy and capital allocation.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement stronger financial controls.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (CPA / CFA / Master’s degree is preferred but not required)
2+ years of experience in bookkeeping /accounting fields
Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with QuickBooks (or experience leading an ERP implementation)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization
Experience in corporate finance, financial planning, or exposure to consulting/investment banking is a plus but not required.
