About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle daily support requests related to Office suite software, internet, and corporate tools
Assist users in resolving questions and usage issues for various systems
Inventory and manage user access permissions to the Group's systems in accordance with internal policies
Interact with equipment vendors when more specialized technical intervention is required
Monitor and provide structured feedback on user-submitted technology tickets
Respond to internal requests related to technology equipment
Manage bug and enhancement requests related to the Nantes Platform together with the partner development company
Deepen knowledge of the Nantes Platform's architecture and operation, working with the partner company to improve the solution
Serve as the focal point for users' day-to-day requests regarding the Platform: answering questions, creating action plans, and escalating technical issues to the partner
Act as backup for the primary Platform owner, ensuring continuity of support in their absence
Request and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the IT infrastructure
Maintain control of technology asset inventory, keeping corporate equipment records up to date
Oversee delivery, maintenance, replacements, warranty, leasing, and return of equipment with suppliers
Support management of technology assets, ensuring traceability and control of company property
Manage contracts, expirations, renewals, and payments related to the technology area
Prepare controls, KPIs, and reports for the IT area

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, IT Management, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields
Previous experience in technical support, help desk, or IT backoffice
Experience providing technology support to internal customers
Knowledge of the Office suite, with emphasis on Excel
Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar
Basic knowledge of inventory management and asset control (plus)
Basic knowledge of SQL or programming logic (not required)
Experience with proprietary systems or management platforms (not required)
Experience in automotive or financial sector companies (not required)
Knowledge of ITIL or IT management best practices (not required)
