About the role

  • Manage CEO’s calendar and triage incoming requests (Slack, email, invites)
  • Coordinate virtual meetings across global time zones with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle personal admin for the CEO (e.g., medical appointments, insurance, logistics)
  • Manage all travel logistics, including the CEO’s personal travel (flights, accommodations, itineraries)
  • Coordinate inbound media and external interview requests
  • Support administrative processes such as KYC documentation
  • Coordinate board meetings and oversee timelines, scheduling, preparation of materials and decks
  • Own coordination of recurring leadership meetings by preparing agendas with the CEO
  • Publish the weekly Leads Digest summarizing leadership updates
  • Maintain key operational rhythms, such as PED planning cycles and URL for CEO’s weekly PPP meeting
  • Support the VP of People & Programs in executing key company-wide and leadership events
  • Own end-to-end preparation of monthly All Hands: draft the agenda, build the skeletal deck, coordinate content with DRIs

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant to a high-performing executive
  • Must be familiar with Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive communication style
  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage competing priorities
