About the role

  • Design and implement the agentic orchestration layer that powers AI-driven workflows
  • Build and iterate on agent-based systems using orchestration frameworks
  • Develop backend services, integrations, and automations
  • Work on data preparation and system integration
  • Contribute to both AI-native features and existing product capabilities
  • Own components end-to-end, proactively identifying improvements
  • Collaborate directly with a US-based engineering team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered systems in production
  • Understanding of agentic architectures and orchestration patterns
  • Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
  • Strong backend skills and the ability to work across integrations, APIs, and data layers
  • Experience working in product-focused engineering teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
  • English level B2 or higher (spoken & written)
