Support customers with their most complex technical use cases through calls, pairing sessions, and async support.
Create reusable templates, reference implementations, and integration patterns, often leveraging AI to scale impact.
Define best practices and guidelines for building high-quality integrations on Nango.
Answer advanced support requests and help unblock customers quickly and effectively.
Collaborate closely with product to surface gaps, improvements, and new opportunities in the platform.
Partner with the business team to understand customer health, unblock deals, and improve positioning.
Engage with the open-source community when advanced integration topics or use cases arise.
Act as a technical bridge between customers, support, product, and engineering.

Requirements

5+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong hands-on coding skills.
Very comfortable with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern backend stacks.
Experienced in designing, implementing, and maintaining APIs and integrations.
Strong customer-facing instincts. You enjoy teaching, pairing, explaining, and solving problems live.
Native-level English communication, with strong written and verbal clarity.
Passionate about developer tools and building outstanding developer experience.
Pragmatic, positive, and low ego. You step in, unblock others, and move things forward.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Startup-ready. Autonomous, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
