Key responsibilities & impact

Plans, lays out, positions, aligns, and fits together fabricated parts of structural metal products.
Welds, tacks and assembles together metal components of products such as modules, structural steel, pipe racks and plate welding with electric arc-welding equipment by performing the following duties.
Works at heights while tied off, assembly & disassembly of temporary structures used during construction.
Spotting for equipment, rigging & signaling as needed.

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED equivalent or ten (10) years Structural Welder/Fitter experience will be considered.
Minimum two (2) years experience as a Structural Welder/Fitter.
Must be able to pass structural welding test flat, vertical and overhead.
Knowledge of industrial construction and characteristics of all equipment and functions related to the position.
Must bring own basic hand tools to job site. List of required tools provided by NANA Construction at point of hire as the job warrants.
Driver’s license and acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under vehicle insurance policy preferred.
