About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and translate product vision into executable roadmaps for the Table Management System and Food Ordering product lines
Conduct market research and competitive analysis across the F&B technology landscape
Evaluate product and integration opportunities across merchant value, patron experience, partner impact, engineering effort, and operational complexity
Monitor product and partner metrics and refine priorities and roadmap execution
Lead cross-functional programs from planning through execution across TMS and FO product surfaces
Coordinate Engineering, Design, QA, CSM/BD, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders
Manage Product Backlog, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Scrum execution
Identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive launch readiness, including playbooks and training
Own end-to-end partner integration lifecycle from scoping and API testing through launch and post-launch operations
Manage integrations with booking platforms, POS systems, membership systems, malls, hospitality groups, and restaurant groups
Serve as technical counterpart for global partners across regions and time zones
Define integration scenarios, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
Manage ongoing communication with internal stakeholders, external partners, and key merchant accounts
Apply restaurant front-of-house expertise to product decisions
Translate merchant and partner feedback into pain points and roadmap inputs
Support multinational delivery across seven differentiated markets, including localization and market-specific requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of Technical Product Management, Technical Program Management, or related experience
Experience building B2B or B2B2C SaaS software
Deep F&B industry knowledge, especially restaurant front-of-house operations
Hands-on experience adding and expanding third-party integrations
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, API key and staging environment management, data licensing compliance automation, and end-to-end testing with external partner engineering teams
Excellent stakeholder management skills and a track record of driving alignment across executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners
Ability to work with Engineering to evaluate technical feasibility, development effort, and resource planning
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent cross-functional communication and program management skills
Ability to work in English with global partners
Preferred: experience with online payment systems, omnichannel messaging or CRM, global distribution systems, booking channel integrations, POS or hospitality technology ecosystems, multi-market product delivery, and product analytics
