About the role

  • Handling support tickets and customer inquiries (email & tool-based)
  • Conducting software demos for prospects (inbound leads)
  • Supporting new customers during onboarding
  • Pre-qualifying leads and passing relevant inquiries to the founder
  • Documenting frequently asked questions (FAQs, Help Center)
  • Close collaboration with Product & Development (customer-facing feedback)

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support, customer success, or a SaaS environment
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
  • Structured, reliable, and empathetic working style
  • Comfortable using digital tools (ticketing systems, video calls)
  • Practical experience in property management (e.g., rental or homeowner association management) or with property management software is strongly preferred
  • Nice to have: experience with B2B SaaS
  • Affinity for software and processes
  • Experience with demos or customer consulting
