About the role
- Handling support tickets and customer inquiries (email & tool-based)
- Conducting software demos for prospects (inbound leads)
- Supporting new customers during onboarding
- Pre-qualifying leads and passing relevant inquiries to the founder
- Documenting frequently asked questions (FAQs, Help Center)
- Close collaboration with Product & Development (customer-facing feedback)
Requirements
- Experience in customer support, customer success, or a SaaS environment
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
- Structured, reliable, and empathetic working style
- Comfortable using digital tools (ticketing systems, video calls)
- Practical experience in property management (e.g., rental or homeowner association management) or with property management software is strongly preferred
- Nice to have: experience with B2B SaaS
- Affinity for software and processes
- Experience with demos or customer consulting
