About the role

  • Design, develop, implement, and support Workday HCM integrations with internal and external systems
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions
  • Develop and support Workday integrations including: EIBs (Inbound, Outbound, User Template Fill-in, Mass Uploads), Core Connectors and Benefits Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio Integrations Document Transformation
  • Configure and support Workday Business Process Framework
  • Provide ongoing support for existing functional configurations and integrations
  • Develop and maintain Workday Reports and BIRT reports
  • Upload and manage Workday content such as questionnaires, onboarding, and learning content
  • Support functional areas including Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting/ATS, Employee Management, and Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Ensure integrations and configurations comply with Workday security profiles and domain policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and functional issues
  • Follow ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management
  • Participate in Workday release management, regression testing, and system upgrades
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • Total Experience 8+ years
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, with strong focus on Workday Studio integrations
  • Proven experience in Workday integration development and support
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday modules including: Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Employee Management System, Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience with Workday security configuration and profiles
  • Solid understanding of business process framework (BPF)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams
  • Experience working within ITSM frameworks
  • Workday certification is a plus
