About the role
- Writing and reviewing great quality code.
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions including configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Build and enhance core CRM functionalities based on business requirements.
- Work as part of a cross-functional Agile team to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, record types, workflows, Process Builder, Flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Implement Salesforce security model using profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components (Aura & LWC).
- Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and improve UI/UX using SLDS.
- Create reports, dashboards, custom tabs, and automation including email generation and process flows
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Support deployment activities across Salesforce environments and ensure release stability.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
Requirements
- Total Experience 6+ Years
- Hands-on experience working on the Salesforce platform with Salesforce Field Service and Service cloud
- Experience delivering 2–4 Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura & LWC), and Force.com
- Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, legacy systems) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Good understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
