About the role

  • Lead large-scale digital and business transformation programs across multiple geographies
  • Drive end-to-end program and project management
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define operating models and transformation roadmaps
  • Oversee delivery involving ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle)
  • Support and optimize Quote-to-Cash processes
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and external partners
  • Provide stakeholder management and communication

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital delivery and program/project management
  • Strong foundation in ERP technologies, particularly SAP and Oracle
  • Experience with CPQ and Service Execution platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale business and/or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience in business-facing roles is preferred
  • Exposure to international environments and multicultural teams is an advantage
  • Fluent in English.
