About the role
- Manage Axway platform operations, including monitoring, alerts, job failures, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer and integration failures using protocols such as SFTP, FTP, HTTPS, AS2
- Handle incident management, service requests, and problem management through ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA ) and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for issue resolution and planned changes
- Support certificate management, access control, and security-related updates
- Maintain and update operational documentation including runbooks, SOPs, KT documents, and support audit activities
- Ensure high availability, SLA adherence, and operational stability in production environments
Requirements
- Total experience 5+ years
- Hands-on experience with Axway products (B2B Integration, Secure Transport, API Gateway – as applicable)
- Strong understanding of integration protocols and end-to-end troubleshooting
- Experience in production support (L2/L3) within SLA-driven environments
- Good knowledge of Pharmacovigilance processes and Argus Safety Database (or similar PV systems)
- Familiarity with GxP / CSV environments
- Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
