About the role

  • Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM
  • Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions, and blueprints
  • System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting)
  • Support in all project phases—conception, design, customizing, prototyping and rollout of SAP HCM
  • Take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at customers

Requirements

  • German (fluent)
  • SAP PY (Payroll)
  • SAP HCM
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Knowledge of business and IT processes in SAP HCM (PY)
  • Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration
  • Know-how in tax and social security law
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics
  • Experience with project management and consulting methods
  • Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness
  • Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
  • Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience
