About the role

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the ServiceNow solutions meet business needs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Assist in the mapping of existing processes to ServiceNow solutions
  • Map business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with industry best practices and the organization's goals
  • Propose improvements and automation to enhance efficiency
  • Work closely with the development and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Maintain communication with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend system improvements

Requirements

  • 10 to 12 years of experience in the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, GRC etc.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
  • Speaking fluent German is a must
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
