About the role

  • Drive account growth through innovation, value-added delivery, and identifying new opportunities
  • Support pre-sales and solutioning activities, including RFPs and client workshops
  • Champion a consulting mindset within delivery teams to position Nagarro as a thought partner
  • Support the CCS with end-to-end delivery of large-scale and complex programs across multiple clients and verticals
  • Ensure the communications with clients are, filling in the gaps between stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Translate business objectives into actionable strategies
  • Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with clients and C-level stakeholders
  • Understand evolving client needs and align delivery to exceed expectations
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and transformation
  • Help grow the P&L for assigned accounts
  • Co-own account risks, drive client communications

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience (typically 15+ years) in consulting, technology services, or digital transformation environments
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success driving account growth, revenue expansion, and long-term client value
  • Consulting mindset with the ability to act as a trusted advisor, shaping client strategy and positioning technology as a business enabler
  • Experience leading large-scale, complex delivery programs across multiple clients, domains, or geographies, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes
  • Deep understanding of technology and digital transformation, with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions (hands-on technical depth not required, but strong conceptual grounding is essential)
  • Pre-sales and solutioning expertise, including RFP responses, client workshops, and proposal development that articulate clear value propositions
  • Exceptional client and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building and sustaining relationships with senior and C-level executives
  • Strong communication and influence skills, capable of bridging gaps between business stakeholders and delivery teams and navigating ambiguity effectively
  • Financial and operational oversight experience, including P&L management, account risk ownership, and commercial decision-making
  • Strategic thinker with a delivery orientation, able to balance long-term vision with hands-on execution
  • Growth mindset and hunger for impact, with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
