About the role
- Enable high quality insights grounded in conversation data and audience research
- Build and optimize queries across listening platforms
- Monitor real time and historical conversations to identify trends and sentiment movement
- Extract and structure data for insight generation
- Analyze social conversation signals in combination with audience and market research platforms, primarily GWI and Kantar
- Integrate datasets to form compelling narratives and evidence based insights
- Deliver clear written summaries and insight contributions for recurring and ad hoc reporting
- Support dashboards and trackers with conversation and audience updates
- Ensure consistency and reliability in methodology and quality checks across tools
- Maintain knowledge of platform features, sample limitations, and best practices for interpretation
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands on use of GWI and Kantar for insight generation
- Experience: Experience should include pulling data, filtering, and translating metrics into insight themes
- Previous social listening experience using tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, Meltwater or YouScan
- Proven ability to design Boolean queries
- Experience extracting structured datasets and organizing them for analysis
- Ability to combine multiple data sources into cohesive insight stories
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to credibility of data
- Comfortable in collaborative environments with evolving priorities
